Refund Policy - the basics

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Sealed products (e.g., booster packs, boxes) must remain sealed.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Mystery packs, custom packs, or any product labeled as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
